Olamide Afon
Adebayo is a graduate of the College of Pharmacy, University of Benin and has possesses top-notch industry-wide experience. He is an astute professional and entrepreneur, a registered pharmacist with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN) and a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN). Having had years of informal apprenticeship from his late father, also a trained Pharmacist and founder of Safco Chemist Ltd established in 1973. Pharm. Adebayo Afon went on to establish Afonchies Pharmaceutical Limited in 2004.Initially operating from a small location in Ajah, through his drive and determination, he succeeded in expanding the company.
Afonchies Pharmaceuticals currently boasts of eleven outlets in the Lekki/Ajah area of Lagos, Nigeria. Pharm. Adebayo Afon is a Member of the Association of Community Pharmacists ACPN Lagos state and a founding member of the ACPN Eti-Osa zone and has held exco positions over the years. Adebayo has been the MD/CEO of Safco Mega Solutions since 2017.
Segun obtained his OND in 2004 and HND in 2007 from the Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State both in Accounting. In 2019 Segun also obtained an MBA from Oduduwa University, Ipetu, Osun State. Segun started his career as an Audit trainee with Segun Samuel &Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 2009, in 2012, he moved to Classicus Rentals as Account Officer and Business Manager in 2016.
In 2017, Segun joined Safco as Senior Accountant and is presently Head, Accounts and Finance.
Our Pharmacists work in strategic areas such as marketing, sales, research and development for the achievement of our objective as a common
unit. We cannot underestimate their help in promoting new drugs, establishing safety regulations while ensuring high level quality control for drugs, both in storage and delivery.
The Logistics Managers responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Amaka is a Public Administration honors graduate of Enugu state University of Science and technology (ESUT). Amaka worked with Shelter Microfinance Bank as a Customer Executive before joining Afonchies Pharmacy in 2013 as a Sales supervisor. In 2016 she was seconded to Safco as Business Manager and is currently the General Manager of Safco overseeing Operations and Business Development.
