Rotimi “Tim” Afon has a first degree in Pharmacy in addition to two masters' degrees in Business Administration and Clinical Pharmacy and is presently rounding up on a doctorate degree in one of the leading Universities in United States of America. Tim has over 35 years' experience in Pharmacy Administration which cut across community pharmacy, retail pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing and research pharmacy.
Tim has worked with some of the leading Pharmaceutical firms around the globe some of which include; Roche Pharmaceutical, Sterling Heath Pharmaceuticals, Upjohn pharmaceuticals, 3M Pharmaceuticals and CVS in the US. He is presently the owner/lead Pharmacist at Freedom Pharmacy Inc., Greater Atlanta Area USA as well as founding director and Chairman of Safco.
Stephen is a Human Resources Management expert and certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK. He has over 15 years' experience in Human Resources Management which cuts across; Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employees Relations and Culture and Transformation Management at large companies, both at national and international levels. Stephen has strong influencing skills and has spearheaded/supported stakeholder engagement at various levels, including C level roles.
He presently works with Afriglobal Group as Group Talent Manager and HR Business Partner and consults on Human Resources Management for several firms like Safco Mega Solutions, May Brands, Trust Inspection Oil and Gas, Ash Luxury amongst others. He presently sits on the advisory board of Safco Mega Solutions as well as Peakware Oil and Gas.
Adebisi is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with an extensive background in financial management, reporting, planning, financial modeling, business cases and project management. He is also an expert in service redesign to implement efficiency savings as well as in Cost Improvement Plans (CIPs). Adebisi has spent close to 13 years working in UK’s NHS organizations like the London Ambulance, NHS Trusts, Community Trust, CCGs and STP. Adebisi is a skilled multi-tasker and proficient in Advanced MS Excel, Oracle and Power BI.
Adebayo is a graduate of the College of Pharmacy, University of Benin and has possesses top-notch industry-wide experience. He is an astute professional and entrepreneur, a registered pharmacist with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN) and a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN). Having had years of informal apprenticeship from his late father, also a trained Pharmacist and founder of Safco Chemist Ltd established in 1973. Pharm. Adebayo Afon went on to establish Afonchies Pharmaceutical Limited in 2004.Initially operating from a small location in Ajah, through his drive and determination, he succeeded in expanding the company.
Afonchies Pharmaceuticals currently boasts of eleven outlets in the Lekki/Ajah area of Lagos, Nigeria. Pharm. Adebayo Afon is a Member of the Association of Community Pharmacists ACPN Lagos state and a founding member of the ACPN Eti-Osa zone and has held exco positions over the years. Adebayo has been the MD/CEO of Safco Mega Solutions since 2017.
